It is our duty to bring awareness that Eastern European’ schools have been preserved their tradition exclusively for art movies; as a consequence the box office promise would be an ironic debate.

A business approach has an improvising context, therefore is far from being upstanding internationally, considering the leverage complexity of legislation and challenging market policies.

 

Due to this uninhabited amount of information, a dialog flows at the level of filmmaking skills, but hardly can be understood towards international business principles that can lead to a profit by marketing a project worldwide. State given funding, for film projects, has been custom from film inception, in the region.

 

Taken by granted, such favor remains unquestionable, even though consistently the record shows that those films have been bankrupting the government by default of means, at a scale of silenced deception.
